Is it really made of diamonds?

Yes, but not the diamonds you find in jewelry stores. We take carbon (the source of diamonds) and electrically charge it. The, using tremendous pressure, we fuse it to a ceramic plate, creating a diamond coating that is clear and indestructible.

Why InnoFlex waterways?

There is a growing concern about lead and other contaminants in our water that has led scientists to look for alternatives to copper plumbing. PEX-C is a crosslink polyethylene that has been used in the U.S. for over 20 years. Its unique composition make it stronger than copper and easier to work with. First of all, the beauty o the DIAMOND Seal Technology faucet is that there is still metal where it matters: in the handles, spout and the hardest working component of any faucet: the valve stem. Many valve stems are made of plastic. Ours is stainless steel.

Just how long is "longer lasting?"

Before we introduced our new DIAMOND Seal Technology, we put our faucets to the test. Hundreds of performance test actually. So we can say with great certainty that a new DIAMOND Seal Technology faucet will last ten times longer than the industry standard (ASME 112.18.1 standard 500,000 cycles). And the PEX-C waterways are made to last at least 50 years.

What's wrong with the conventional ball valve faucet?
